Expansion: Managing multi-channel development and netting more contributors.
Content: Managing for UC platform content quality and health index – establishing periodic detection, improving and filtering product quality (40%).
Strategy: Managing UC News We-media operation in local market, including developing, implementing the operation strategy, improving the contributors activeness and team management, synchronizing platform policies, providing feedback, and managing team dynamics (40%).
Requirements:
- Deep insights of the local market with good understanding of content industry rules.
- Familiar with mobile internet methods; platform product & operation related work experience is a plus
- Proficient in English (mandarin is a plus).
- Achievement/result-oriented with strong driving & execution ability.
- Logical and analytical thinking.
- Collaborative, willing and capable of presenting creative ideas.
- Ability to achieve target under pressure.
